In this tutorial we will show you how to update your Zomex HTML Template to v2.6.
HTML Template Update
1)Make a full backup of your website files for safety
2)Download the HTML Template - TemplateName.zip file from inside your Zomex.com account
3)Extract the ZIP file to your desktop
4)Upload the following files/directories to replace those on your live website:
/dev/
/template-info.txt
/libs/css/
/libs/js/
/libs/includes/head.php
/libs/includes/functions.php
These files should not have been edited so the update should not cause any loss of customizations.
5)Open the following file:
/public_html/libs/settings.php
6)Add the new settings below to this file:
$software_integration_subdomain = false; // Set to true if your chosen software is installed on a sub-domain (example.domain.com), false if a sub-directory (domain.com/example)
/* Dark/light Color Scheme */
$colortoggle = true; // Enable or disable the dark/light color toggle.
$colorscheme = 'light'; // Set the default color scheme. Supported options: light, dark.7)If you're using a software integration you will need to re-sync the header/footer to apply the new color scheme functions.
Template Upgrade Completed
Your HTML Template will now be updated to v2.6.
