We've been using Zoomex products and services now for over 6 years. Really good products and support. The WHMCS system is VERY powerful, and WILL make your life much easier - but sometimes professional help is needed to accomplish that. Looking for templates who can integrate with WHMCS is not easy and not cheap also. Finally I found Zomex, ready made templates with content like (pricing plan, TOS, privacy policy, ect) and already integrate with WHMCS. Now I already buy Zomex templates and the only thing is to setup the WHMCS configuration... Guess what this not easy and time consuming. Then I decided to back again to Zomex for order WHMCS Configuration and what me surprise it finnish before the date line. The thing that make Zomex is different from others, was the customer service. I have been providing web hosting services for over 15 years. During all this time, I have never had a proper website. In fact the only one I ever created was made in Front Page. I have recently signed on with a few accounts with Zomex and I am very impressed, I have been doing ebsites for several years now, I am an amateur but have built a lot of sites for gaming clans and a few businesses that I worked closely with and have dealt with several host companies, something I have noticed is that I have been so used o poor service over the years that I was quite shocked about the speed and actual help Zomex has given me, there were times with a few companies where I needed tech support to get the site up by the next morning and I would post a support ticket at 6pm and it would not get addressed until 3am, and I had to sit and wait the whole time to get the site running for business by 7am. This evening I contacted Zomex tech support about an issue and I had a reply 5 minutes later that the problem had even fixed and I was back up and running, I am truly grateful for the fast supportive and very skilled tech support and I plan on opening a few more accounts with the company in the next few months, I feel quite spoiled to be getting such fast and efficient service when I have been used to for several years of sitting and staring waiting for a reply before I could get to work and get the job done, and if it is for commercial use time is money and I don't think I would be able to justify having so much down time now that I have received such wonderful support. Plus I won't need to do any all nighters if I don't have to wait from 6pm until 3am to get a reply and then when it is sorted out get things up and running and then go to work without even 5 minutes of sleep. By far the best support i have seen and I will be a long term customer because of it.

I would like to thank Jack for moving my site off of Godaddy for me and backing up my forums all onto his hosting service for FREE! This service is great, so think before you choose Godaddy to host your website. Godaddy is great at domains, but horrible at hosting, they have NO flexibility for you to manage your site. In Godaddy you have to go to their website and login to their hosting account servers to manage your website. I purchased the Ice-Host WHMCS website templates about 3 weeks ago. I have found the templates and corresponding graphic images to be of excellent quality. The method that Jack has used to instantiate variables is simple to understand yet robust enough to handle enterprise level sites. Yet still be easy to make additions and otherwise customise. Not "hard coding" text as part of the graphic images is an absolute plus also the mark of a professional. I have looked at and even purchased several professionally completed WHMCS templates. Although some were very good. None are as complete or as easy to edit/customize as Zomex's web site packages. If you are new to the hosting industry. Just starting out with WHMCS. You can not go wrong with one of Zomex's web site packages for WHMCS. The package will give your clients something very function as well as very pleasing to look at. The package will get you past that initial creativity hump and look professional while you learn the ropes.

Then you open a language file to customize variables that make the site unique to you. Variables are named very well, so you know exactly what you're modifying. You don't have to know any coding to use this theme and have a great looking hosting site. Updates are available as soon as WHMCS releases updates, so you can keep up-to-date with the latest version.

We recently decided to re-design our website and image altogether. I bought the glaze template about 2 years ago its time I add a review on here I think. The template itself is great. Easy to customise when you know what you are looking for in which case jack has all ways been on hand to direct me to the required pages and has also gone out of his way to help me making those customisations from changing box sizes to helping with a new slimmed down version of the domain pages etc. Not once as he said to me yes he can but it would cost and has never said no he can not help me with customizing my template I am in the process of adding new pricing tables, box and text layouts to the template which is made easier by having the advanced features containing all your custom css style right to hand within the templates addon module within whmcs. Zomex provide plenty of documentation on there website to help you on your way to creating and customizing your template as well as providing you with the information needed to also update your template to work with the newest releases of whmcs when they are available most designers charge for this and infact zomex do but they also make this available free on the website whats more the documentation provided to make the upgrades is easy to follow

Bought a great template, easy to use, easy to install, upgraded server, had trouble with the template on the upgrade. Reached out to support and on both occasions the first response was within an hour and he offered advise on a realtime basis, as in when I respond to him he replied within minutes and when that failed, he fixed it for me on a Sunday. I was able to create affiliate links to specific product and service pages on my website in multiple languages and share those links in both languages on the affiliates page of the client area. The customer service was excellent and help me with my specific needs. They were very quick and super helpful. So much so, I went to the Zomex website to see what other modules and services they offer for WHMCS.

Zomex is highly professional in their delivery with a complete service sometimes done within minutes of order. In my experience, it's still the best customer service I've had till date from any organisation.

I had a problem with what "may" be related to my theme.. Meaning not sure if it was the theme. What I can say is Zomex remained responsive and hands on through the entire experience. I can be a bit of a PITA, but they "Jack" were as good as one can expect in addressing an issue of mine that I needed to resolve quickly. The reason I went with a Zomex themes is because I didn't have time to develop a custom theme... and I definitely made the right choice. I don't think the issue I experienced had anything to do with the theme I purchased from Zomex, but I wouldn't be able to make that claim had it not been for Jacks pro attention and for that.. you should buy his/Zomex themes. Things break online. Our systems stop working because they change. You can buy all kinds of themes for your "business" but I know one thing. What you are buying is support. That reality (the support) is the only value your investment returns. One day you will need support. I never thought I'd need it, but I bought that extra option. I was pleased with the expert insight. I knew I was dealing with one who has had their hands in the code and worked with the systems that support the themes they sell. That's rare.

I've always been a little skeptical when it came to buy any templates. One day, I saw Zomex offerings at WHT and I became in love with one of their templates. Decided to give them a try. I signed up and started communicating with Jack and 10 minutes later I had the new template successfully running along with WHMCS. I thought this would be an one time purchase, but then 1 week before WHMCS released their new upgrade, Jack contacted me saying he updated the purchased template and the guarantee that they'll be upgrading my template for free all the time, keep me satisfied. We have two domains registered with Zomex, as well as website hosting. We haven't had any issue with anything. The whole Zomex team was always helpful when I wanted to add or remove services it was done immediately. Tech Support is always very prompt in handling my tickets. I've checked out several companies before and Zomex so far gets an A rating! I recently moved from godaddy to zomex cause Zomex prices and support are far better then any other company we have ever used. Their hosting servers are very quick and are never over filled!

I use a Zomex WHMCS Template. They have easy to follow instructions. Updates over the past 2 years have made the template even easier to use. I have submitted several support tickets and it was always answered quickly and accurately and 100% complete. I have yet to have to ask a follow up question. Not once has it ever been a defect in their theme. I have asked setup questions and customization questions. Very easy setup and extremely affordable webhosting! I had the webspace up and running in minutes, with no hassles at all. The welcome mail they sent was concise, had all my username/password and FTP information laid out in plain english. The control panel is amazing and incredibly easy to use. I contacted them about upgrading my account due to space issues, and I got a response within a half-hour with easy directions to do so. Zomex and Staff have been extremely helpful in helping us get a new look for our business. While I can see the advantage to all the wonderful software they have for a start-up hosting company, let's not forget that companies like ours who have been in operation for almost 10 years now, come to realize time is money and you can not beat the prices or the value of the products Zomex offers. Not to mention when we do have any issues their tech support (Jack namely) is right on top of things to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it.

I have been a member of WHT for several years now and always see bad reviews so after working with Jack I knew I had to come give him the props he deserves. I want to be clear that this was not work done for the company that is usually in my signature but a small local company that I own.

What Zomex did for me- In short, turned an idea into reality. With fantastic communication and support, Zomex not only installed the template I purchased but for a small fee, setup and tested the whole thing, so it was ready for Business instantly. I questioned myself if I was doing the right thing as to the extra expense, but in the end, made the right choice trusting Zomex to deliver and deliver they did. Following what Zomex did, I am not able to follow what he did with an understanding of how to change things for myself, great to have a working model to look at. Since there are not ratings for comments - Templates 10/10 - Communication 10/10 - Overall Experience 10/10 and I have never rated anything that high before.

I've used Zomex in the past for themes and a few services and they're always top-notch. I recently purchased this theme and have been customizing it lately. Observations -- 1. Their site/experience is awesome. Zero questions in purchasing, licensing, installing, etc. 2. Their instructions are very well done. Screenshots, step-by-step guides, etc. 3. The features make almost everything easy to customize without coding knowledge. When it is required, it's straight-forward. 4. Support is phenomenal. For the issues I've gone back to request assistance, I've received very helpful, detailed responses. No going back and forth with cryptic/short answers. I'm extremely happy to recommend!

5 Stars, all the way. I have been a front-end guy for about 15 years, and I cannot remember using a better thought out and better documented theme. I'm not very savvy with Smarty templates, so I ran into an issue that could have stalled me for hours and decided to put in a ticket. It was a Saturday, so I didn't really expect a reply. Zomex answered my ticket within a couple hours, and had the solution a couple more. On a Saturday. I will definitely use and recommend their products in the future.

This is my second template from Jack.. worth every penny and the support is above superior. I bought last night the ICE HOST from Zomex and I must say the customer service is superior beyond all expectations. I started last night and by this morning the CEO of Zomex; Jack was emailing me back and forth non-stop all day. I completed my entire site in one day. He even showed me how to create extra pages and change code on each page, something I knew nothing about with a WHMCS website. I finally love my website. Our company interacts with a large number of services and suppliers, most have some type of support. Is it our policy to only post on our experiences when they are extraordinarily great or abhorrently abysmal deserving of a warning status. In the case of Zomex Blesta template Glaze which we been using for almost a year and been thru several updates we cannot say enough GOOD things about the template and most importantly the consistently quick and great support from Zomex for updates. Jack and Zomex and Glaze get a Gold Medal of performance from us. A note on our template (abantecartplus.com) - we heavily reconfigured it as we offer a client managed services package rather than a normal reseller config. We were initially concerned that our template alterations would need to be redone with each update. Jack assured us that our changes would remain intact so we proceeded to test that. After several updates, major and minor to Blesta and the Glaze updates I can confirm that it does indeed leave our changes in place in the template side and interacts correctly with the changes in Blesta. We are relieved your info from Jack/Zomex was correct and very happy we chose Glaze from Zomex for our Blesta frontend. One more year and Zomex service is still superior. One a scale of 1-10 Zomex would be at least a 12!

I prefer Zomex over any others for SO many reasons. First and foremost, Jack is honest and accessible. He is 'hype' free made the process of setting-up simple and easy. If I have an issue, I know exactly who to contact - it can be by facebook, email, or service ticket - he is always near! Also, I was able to try his web hosting before paying a dime - only someone who is sure and confident of the quality can do that. After reviewing their WordPress themes and Whmcs syncing addon, I decided to buy the products. It was the best decision. Previous I tried many different plugins to integrate WHMCS with WordPress but none worked the way I wanted but Zomex themes transformed my site from mediocre to professional web hosting site. Initially I had some issues configuring the WHMCS sync module to work with WHMCS but Jack directly logged on to my server a couple of times and took care of the issues. Great theme. Clever and good code. And if you know some basic coding this is very customizable actually . Have been tweaking with the template just under a week or so but the whole mechanism works great as WHMCS template. And it's beautiful too and as said, it's still not rocket science to fine tune it more. Also, thanks for the great and quick support I've been getting so far!! Zomex creates wonderful products and they have some of the most friendly and helpful support staff I have ever seen for a template company. Jack has personally helped me many times after I set it up, and always seems happy to do so :) I was able to have it fully functional within 24 hours with the changes I wanted, and literally within a few minutes using the quick setup feature while I worked. When I got confused Jack helped me figure it out. If I ever need another template for WHMCS, I will definitely be purchasing from Zomex. I've used a few other templates in the past and support was usually lacking, same with documentation and updates. I haven't seen any of these issues EVER with Zomex. 5 Stars, you guys rock!
