I bought the glaze template about 2 years ago its time I add a review on here I think. The template itself is great. Easy to customise when you know what you are looking for in which case jack has all ways been on hand to direct me to the required pages and has also gone out of his way to help me making those customisations from changing box sizes to helping with a new slimmed down version of the domain pages etc. Not once as he said to me yes he can but it would cost and has never said no he can not help me with customizing my template I am in the process of adding new pricing tables, box and text layouts to the template which is made easier by having the advanced features containing all your custom css style right to hand within the templates addon module within whmcs. Zomex provide plenty of documentation on there website to help you on your way to creating and customizing your template as well as providing you with the information needed to also update your template to work with the newest releases of whmcs when they are available most designers charge for this and infact zomex do but they also make this available free on the website whats more the documentation provided to make the upgrades is easy to follow

I have recently signed on with a few accounts with Zomex and I am very impressed, I have been doing ebsites for several years now, I am an amateur but have built a lot of sites for gaming clans and a few businesses that I worked closely with and have dealt with several host companies, something I have noticed is that I have been so used o poor service over the years that I was quite shocked about the speed and actual help Zomex has given me, there were times with a few companies where I needed tech support to get the site up by the next morning and I would post a support ticket at 6pm and it would not get addressed until 3am, and I had to sit and wait the whole time to get the site running for business by 7am. This evening I contacted Zomex tech support about an issue and I had a reply 5 minutes later that the problem had even fixed and I was back up and running, I am truly grateful for the fast supportive and very skilled tech support and I plan on opening a few more accounts with the company in the next few months, I feel quite spoiled to be getting such fast and efficient service when I have been used to for several years of sitting and staring waiting for a reply before I could get to work and get the job done, and if it is for commercial use time is money and I don't think I would be able to justify having so much down time now that I have received such wonderful support. Plus I won't need to do any all nighters if I don't have to wait from 6pm until 3am to get a reply and then when it is sorted out get things up and running and then go to work without even 5 minutes of sleep. By far the best support i have seen and I will be a long term customer because of it.
