Maintenance includes monthly update checks, installation of applicable WHMCS updates, updates to compatible Zomex templates where you have an active Updates & Support entitlement, a pre-update backup and essential checks after each update. We also send you an email confirming the maintenance completed.
To begin, your WHMCS installation should be on a supported version and in a suitable condition for ongoing maintenance. Older installations or those requiring extensive fixes may need an initial upgrade quoted separately. Custom development, third-party module updates, server administration and unrelated technical support are not included in the monthly service.
