Most domains can be transferred to Zomex using the following process:
- Log in to your existing domain provider and unlock the domain where required
- Request the domain's EPP or transfer authorisation code from your current provider
- Create your domain transfer order with Zomex and enter the transfer code when requested
- Approve any confirmation email sent to the domain's registered contact address
- We will notify you once the transfer has completed and the domain is available in your Zomex account

Yes. You remain in control of domains registered through Zomex and can transfer an eligible domain to another provider or new owner. The exact process and any applicable waiting periods depend on the domain extension and its current registration status.
Most domains can be registered for between 1 and 5 years, although the available term depends on the extension. You can renew your domain before it expires, and we will send email reminders when the renewal date is approaching.
