Introducing WHMCS Maintenance

We're pleased to introduce our new WHMCS Maintenance service, available for just $19.95/month.

Keeping WHMCS up to date is an important part of running a hosting business. Software updates can include security fixes, bug fixes and compatibility improvements, but carrying them out carefully takes time.

Our new monthly service takes that responsibility off your to-do list. We check for updates, review compatibility, prepare backups, perform suitable upgrades and check the installation afterwards.

Simply order the service and provide the required access to your WHMCS installation securely. We'll review the current setup and confirm whether it's ready for ongoing maintenance.

Each month we'll check for updates and carry out suitable work when needed. This includes taking pre-update backups, checking compatibility, applying appropriate software updates and performing essential post-update checks. We'll let you know when maintenance is complete.

The $19.95/month maintenance service is designed for reasonably up-to-date WHMCS installations. If you're using an older version, you may need a one-time initial upgrade before your monthly maintenance can begin.

We offer an optional $100 one-time Initial WHMCS Upgrade addon for eligible installations. Significantly outdated systems, incompatible third-party modules, custom modifications or server changes may require additional work at a separately agreed cost.

We'll review your installation and discuss any extra charges before proceeding. The regular maintenance service does not include unrelated server administration, custom development or third-party module fixes.
