WHMCS Installation Guide

Installing Flex Mail within WHMCS is a very quick and easy process. The steps are:

1. Download and extract the Flex Mail ZIP from inside your Zomex.com account.

2. Right click the whmcs.html file within the files directory and open with your preferred text editor (e.g Notepad++, TextEdit, Notepad). This will display all of the HTML/CSS that makes up the email template.

3. Login to your WHMCS Admin panel and go to Configuration () > System Settings > General Settings > Mail. Then head back to the whmcs.html file you have opened from step 2.

4. Copy the code between the two /* -------------- CSS -------------- */ references and paste in the Global Email CSS Styling box of WHMCS.

5. Copy the code between the two <!-- -------------- HEADER -------------- --> references and paste in the Client Email Header Content box of WHMCS.

6. Copy the code between the two <!-- -------------- FOOTER -------------- --> references and paste in the Client Email Footer Content box of WHMCS.

7. Save the settings page to complete the installation.

All of your WHMCS system emails to clients will now use the Flex Mail email template.

WISECP Installation Guide

Installing Flex Mail within WISECP is a very quick and easy process. The steps are:

1. Download and extract the Flex Mail ZIP from inside your Zomex.com account.

2. Right click the wisecp.html file within the files directory and open with your preferred text editor (e.g Notepad++, TextEdit, Notepad). This will display all of the HTML/CSS that makes up the email template.

3. Login to your WISECP Admin panel and go to Settings > Notification Templates > Click on the Settings button.

4. Paste the contents of wisecp.html to the Body Template Style Codes box.

5. Save the settings page to complete the installation.

All of your WISECP system emails to clients will now use the Flex Mail email template.

Other (MailChimp, AWeber etc) Installation Guide

Installing Flex Mail is a very quick and easy process. The steps are:

1. Download and extract the Flex Mail ZIP from inside your Zomex.com account.

2. Right click the html.html file within the files directory and open with your preferred text editor (e.g Notepad++, TextEdit, Notepad). This will display all of the HTML/CSS that makes up the email template.

3. Login to your email software provider Admin panel and find the area to create your own email using HTML. Then head back to the html.html file you have opened from step 2.

4. Copy the code between the two /* -------------- CSS -------------- */ references and paste in the CSS box of the email builder.

5. Copy the code between the two <!-- -------------- HEADER -------------- --> references and paste in the header box of the email builder..

6. Copy the code between the two <!-- -------------- FOOTER -------------- --> references and paste in the footer box of the email builder..

7. Save the settings page to complete the installation.

New emails send using your email provider will now use the Flex Mail design.
