How to add funds to your account
1. Login to your Zomex account: https://www.zomex.com/clients/clientarea.php
2. Under the "Available Credit" box in the left sidebar click on the Add Funds button
3. Select the amount of funds you wish to deposit to your account and follow the steps to complete your payment
4. Open a support ticket to notify us of your deposit: Open ticket
5. We will respond to your ticket confirming that your additional 20% has been added to your account
Please note that funds deposited to your account cannot be refunded.
