It gives me great pleasure to announce the official launch of our community forum!

It become apparent that we spend a lot of time answering questions via support tickets that would also benefit other users. The new forum allows you a new avenue of support and even the chance of finding answers to your questions without having to submit a ticket.

A public forum also allows us to:

- go into more detail than we perhaps could in a support ticket
- assist with questions that cater outside of general support (e.g questions on marketing or other specific areas that are vital for your business)
- show the world the level of support we provide that our existing customers rave about (thank you to everyone for that)

This of course does not have any negative effect on our other support methods. This are still and always will be available.
