R1Soft is backup software that is configured to automatically take a full backup of your web hosting account every day. One backup for every day of the week is stored and you're able to restore your account from anyone of the backups by clicking on the R1Soft icon in cPanel. If that wasn't good enough all of the backups are stored on an external server for even higher protection.
