Responsive (Flex Mail)

In this guide you'll learn how to install our responsive HTML email templates.

To begin select if you're using WHMCS or a email marketing account:

 

WHMCS

Small edits

1) Open whmcs.html on line 94 edit the max-width value to the width of your logo used in WHMCS under setup > general settings > logo URL

2) Edit your Facebook URL on line 345, your Twitter URL on line 351 and your Youtube URL on line 357.

3) Add your business address between lines 392 and 397

4) Optionally you can also edit the 3 featured boxes in lines 176 to 262 - the template comes with the 3 PSD files and we also provide a custom banner design service.

Installation

5) Copy lines 2 to 52 and paste in WHMCS under setup > general settings > mail > Global Email CSS Styling

6) Copy lines 55 to 122 and paste in WHMCS under setup > general settings > mail > Global Email Header Content

7) Copy lines 170 to 442 and paste in WHMCS under setup > general settings > mail > Global Email Footer Content

Other (MailChimp, AWeber etc)

Installation

5) Copy lines 2 to 52 and paste in the CSS box of your email software

6) Copy lines 55 to 122 and paste in the header box of your email software

7) Copy lines 170 to 442 and paste in the footer box of your email software


Non-responsive (Blue Blaze, Eco Net etc)

In this guide you'll learn how to install our HTML email templates.

To begin select if you're using WHMCS or a email marketing account:

 

WHMCS

1) Edit the header.psd to meet your needs (of we can create you a custom header graphic for just $40). Once finished upload to your website. For example the images folder in WHMCS will be fine.

2) Open the whmcs.html file and edit the following lines:

6 – Change the domainchecker.php URL to your own WHMCS install. Change the IMG URL to the location you uploaded the header image.

37 to 44 – Edit the first sidebar box, you can change the links/text and also the background/border color here

47 to 53 – Edit the second sidebar box, you can change the links/text and also the background/border color here

3) Copy:

lines 1 to 14 and paste in your WHMCS admin panel under setup > general settings > mail > Global Email Header Content

lines 19 – 75 and paste in your WHMCS admin panel under setup > general settings > mail > Global Email Footer Content

Other (MailChimp, AWeber etc)

2) Open the email.html file and edit the following lines:
